THE VOICE - MY PLEDGE
Our Community has many problems. To solve them, we need a voice in Washington. I am pledging to be the necessary voice for our community.
Washington’s leadership needs to hear from us directly. I will be your voice.
Enough is Enough. Our voice needs to be heard in Washington.
It is my promise to rectify our problems if I am elected to the House of Representatives.
My candidacy is focussed on establishing powerful and dedicated advocacy through my
role as your representative.
I am asking you for a chance to earn your trust.
Let's Do Good Together!
To do good together, we need to understand how funds flow from Washington to districts via grants to States, who then distribute the funds to cities for specific purposes.
For my district, I will be focusing on "Direct-to-City Funds," which bypass States and go directly to large cities for specific initiatives.
Securing Funds Through Legislative Earmarks
As a Lawmaker, I will secure specific financial allocations for my constituents through the use of direct funding mechanisms, such as Legislative earmarks. These proposed actions are characterized by Lawmakers’ ability to stipulate exactly how the funds will be used within our district.
THE PARAMOUNT IMPORTANCE OF SAFETY
I intend to allocate specific earmark fundings as follows:
A: FUNDING HEALTHCARE AND ALLOCATION
Obtaining medical attention is often difficult for residents in the district, which is heavily populated by immigrants. To address this challenge, I plan to designate specific funding (earmarks) to establish medical centers in different areas of the district. Financial support for healthcare infrastructure is a crucial method for improving the overall quality of life for the community.
Someone would have to teach these Professional Politicians (PPs) how to provide free healthcare. Unfortunately, I am not one of those Professional Politicians.
B- IMMIGRATION DISCOURSE
Right now, immigration is a great public discussion. I have a personal connection with immigration. I am originally from Haiti.
Brothers and sisters, Professional Politicians have been dishonest to you about the issue of Immigration. I am here to tell you the truth. I am not a Professional Politician, and I am not going to lie to you. The President of the United States holds absolute, Ultimate Power regarding decisions about who may enter or remain in the country. Anyone suggesting a different distribution of power is lying to you. You have to understand Washington Politics: It is Advocacy and Exchange.
C- WASHINGTON POLITICS: ADVOCACY AND EXCHANGE
The transactional nature of politics in Washington is a matter of “Advocacy and Exchange.”
You are sending me to Washington to SPEAK and to NEGOTIATE on your behalf in both Legislative and Executive matters. I will make sure that your voices are heard by lobbying within the political environment, which is a process of “give and take.” These Professional Politicians do not understand the Efficacity of Political Compromise.
I will work tirelessly to build relationships across party lines, ensuring that your concerns are translated into actionable policies. By understanding the delicate balance of negotiation, I can secure tangible benefits for our community while remaining true to our values. Every discussion, every vote, and every decision will be guided by the needs and priorities of the people I represent.
Our mission is not only to make our voices heard but to ensure they carry weight in every chamber of government. I will hold Washington accountable and challenge the status quo whenever necessary, proving that real advocacy requires persistence, courage, and a deep understanding of the political process. Together, we will create a model of representation that is responsive, effective, and genuinely focused on the people.
D- THE EFFICACITY OF POLITICAL COMPROMISE
Ongoing conflicts do not lead to success for our constituents. For example, your Representatives claim to be fighting for you. They are lying to you. They are fighting for themselves, because our conditions have not improved.
For example, facing an individual with absolute authority is comparable to myself entering a boxing match against a world-class heavyweight. Rather than engaging in a direct and likely losing conflict, I should seek a mutually beneficial resolution before the confrontation occurs. This strategy is the art of negotiation compared to physical combat. This way both parties can achieve their goals by finding common grounds.
As your next Congressman, this approach will be my strategy to shake things up in Washington on your behalf.
True success, or political disputes is achieved through the act of compromising.
I am going to Washington for you not just to fight, but to make a compromise to make your life and the life of your family better.
Yielding immigration ground is the most effective strategy for achieving positive change.

E- A BUSINESS APPROACH TO POLITICAL/IMMIGRATION NEGOTIATION
These Professional Politicians and that their promises result in no improvement even to our general standard of living.
Every 2 or 4 years these Professional Politicians seek our votes without tangible benefits to us, the constituents. All they keep doing is lying to us for our free votes.
We need a change. I will bring that change. We need someone with significant business experience to effectively represent our interests and enhance our quality of life.
Immigration Problems? I will dedicate my time to negotiate on your behalf. I have a personal understanding of the immigrant experience, because I am originally from Haiti.
F- INTRODUCE A BILL TO REFORM SBA LOANS FOR REAL SMALL BUSINESSES ACCESS IN OUR COMMUNITY
I will focus entirely on the perceived failures and necessary changes within the SBA Loan Program. As a former Small Business owner myself with good credit, the current program does not serve its original purpose. Because businesses that are really small are unable to secure funding.
To remedy this situation, I will propose a reform plan that includes earmarking funds specifically for genuinely small businesses. The key component of the proposed reform will be the elimination of bureaucratic obstacles that currently prevent real small businesses from accessing these critical SBA Loans.
G: SUBWAY ENTRANCES POLICE DEPLOYMENT MANDATE
The mandate will be the deployment of two police officers at every subway entrance within the district during every operational shift. Our lives will be made safer through earmarking funds.
H- TAKING A STANCE AGAINST METERED PARKING
I will take a stance against Metered Parking in our district (not alternate side parking). Metered Parking constitutes a scam and represents an unfair burden on our constituents. Citizens should not have to worry about receiving a Metered Parking Ticket when leaving their vehicles on public streets. I will “earmark” funding to solve this problem.
This is a Campaign Not For Hope, But Results
Let’s not just give hope a chance, let’s shoot for tangible results. No one has stepped in to change our lives. No one has done anything for us. That’s why I am running for the United States Congress. I am running to bring tangible real results intending to solve our existing problems.
